For 2005, the Road King® Custom model makes its second appearance, and one year has done nothing to mellow its in-your-face style and attitude. Moving back, you’ll find this custom bagger is dressed up right. Clean leather bags with hidden supports. Slash-cut mufflers. Electro-formed, chromed metal fuel tank emblems. Big, clean front and rear fenders. Rounding off the sweet look are streamlined footboards, passenger pegs, brake pedal, cast and chromed slotted alloy wheels and a tank-mounted stretch chrome console. Though the Road King® Custom has much for the eye to see, it was built to see the country. You get a lowered, air-adjustable rear suspension, refined chassis, and the proven Twin Cam 88® engine, available in carb or EFI. For when you’re ready to stop looking, and start going.
