My wife Jodi and I were in the market for a new motorcycle. We did our home work on the internet and shopped around. But my experience at Harley of Southampton exceeded my expectations. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Amy and shown around. She took time to answer my many questions. Once she understood my needs she recommended a couple of bikes which of course I had to take our for a test drive. As it turned out I fell in love with the new 2009 Fat Boy. Amy then introduced me to my sales manager Jon. Jon was a no nonsense guy and no pressure. We sat down and figured out what would work and then Dave over in financing made it happen. We signed the paperwork and rang the bell and everyone came to welcome me and my wife to the family. Now my excitement is peaking and who can buy a bike without adding this touch or that touch. The Guys over in parts and service hooked me right up and knew exactly what I needed. Of course as this was my first Harley I now needed Motor clothes & Merchandise. I kept the poor Girls over there past closing time getting set up with helmets and not once did I feel rushed and they were happy to make sure I had everything I needed. A Huge Thanks goes out to the WHOLE Southampton crew.

"This month marks a year since I bought my 2008 Dyna at Southampton H-D, so I guess it's time for me to comment on the experience. The day I purchased my bike was fun and exciting, and the staff was helpful every step of the way--right up to the ringing of the bell. I ordered a lot of accessories--about $5k worth--that day and during the weeks that followed, and the parts people were exceedingly patient with me, a guy who has trouble making up his mind about just about everything. Throughout the past year, I've had numerous and various dealings with every department at Southampton H-D, and every opportunity has been great, whether I actually spent money or not. I'm treated like an old friend whenever I walk in the doors there, even though they all know I'm not exactly in the market now for a new bike. Granted, I'm a VIP customer, I've spent lots of money on parts, service, and accessories this past year--most recently on the purchase and installation of a 103-inch kit--and any H-D owner is, of course, a potential buyer of a second bike and, so, is likely to get a salesperson's attention; regardless, these days courtesy at the retail level is the exception and one recognize and applaud it when one finds it. I feel like extended family whenever I drop by H-D of Southampton. The guys on the sales floor, welcome me, take the time to answer my questions, and are even willing, busy or not, to take a minute to just talk about bikes, the last ride, or the next one. Bottom line, my friends at Southampton H-D are real motorcycle people who love what they do and are the best around when it comes to serving their customers needs and, of course, helping them make their Harley-Davidson dreams come true. I've never had a bad experience at any H-D dealership, and I've been to quite a few over the years, but in my book these guys, and ladies, are a cut above. Thanks, H-D of Southampton."

"I was looking to buy a 2009 UltraClassic and had been working with 2 Connecticut dealerships to get the exact bike I wanted. I was being told that what I wanted was not available for at least 6 to 8 weeks. My wife and I were out riding on labor day weekend and just happened by Southampton H-D and stopped "just to take a look". Less than three hours later we walked out as the owners of a Vivid Black UltraClassic with cast wheels and ABS, the exact bike that I was looking for and it included the exact accesories that I wanted to add. Three days later the bike was ready for pick up. I also added the VIP service package since I am not a local and I like to schedule service and wait while it is being performed. The service department has been outstanding. I call a day or 2 before, pull in on Saturday morning and am usually back on the road in a couple of hours. One last comment, this dealership treats you like they value your business at a personal level. You are family not just a walking wallet. "I have been a customer of this dealership since I bought my 2002 Heritage Softail from Dianne when Hank owned it.
After visiting many Harley dealerships from here to Florida, Vegas and back, I am very satisfied with the outstanding quality of the enterprise. Aarron and Pat are doing their best to keep the dealership clean and neat, making sure there is a nice selection of stock, keeping up with changes such as technology and style, thereby making this business first rate. Few other dealerships compare to Southampton Harley Davidson.
I've always been treated warmly by all the staff there and have bought many items over the years. Thanks for all the hard work as it shows in you daily efforts.

"I was about to buy a Sportster from another dealer but something just wasn't right - they just weren't really interested in my business and I felt it was because I'm a female rider. The clincher was that during the lead up to the sale, the sales guy walked away from me just before the close and to greet a potential customer (a guy) who had just walked in. So I walked out.
Then I used the internet to find another HD dealer and found Southampton HD - and owners Aaron and Patty and their staff. From the moment I walked in I had a 180 degree different experience from that "other" place. I knew I was home and knew I'd buy my bike here. From the sales end (and these people KNOW their bikes!) to the financing end everyone took the time to make sure I had what I needed. I am now happy to say that I ride an 08 FXD Dyna and I love it. I probably visit the Southampton HD once a week now, looking at different parts and accessories (I'm hooked!!). The one thing I will tell you, especially women who are looking for a HD dealer that will respect them as an individual, is that Southampton HD treats you like family. The best part is - they treat you like family whether you buy a bike there or not and that's the truth. My friend has been to the store dozens of times and she's got a Yamaha and it really doesn't matter. She is greeted warmly and welcomed just the same. (Of course I'm trying to get her to trade in that Yamaha for a Sportster but.... )
Sorry this is so long and NO - I don't work for Southampton HD - I'm just a customer who has finally found the "real" deal. Please do yourself a favor and visit them and you'll see what I mean. Especially women who have ever experienced 2nd class treatment at another HD dealer. You won't find that here.

"I just had warranty work done on my 05 E.Glide. The service department and manager were excellent to work with. He made it a point to come out and explain to me what went wrong. Also, some diagnostic charges were waived, which made me very happy. I have had service done there a few other times and I was very happy with those as well. I WAS having my bike serviced by another dealership which is much closer to me, but I am no longer for several reasons. "
